Purpose
Information is used to create, organize, review, export, and preserve inspection and maintenance records for municipal arena operations.
Account Access
Access is intended to be role-based. Operators, seasonal staff, lead hands, supervisors, and administrators see the screens and records appropriate to their account type.
Customer Separation
RinkTrack is designed so each customer account is separated from other customers, including facilities, rinks, staff, inspection history, maintenance records, and exports.
Photos and Attachments
Photos and attachments are intended to support inspection and maintenance documentation. Customers should avoid uploading unrelated personal information unless required by their own procedures.
Retention and Export
Retention and backup procedures should be confirmed during municipal review. Customer exports are intended to support long-term records, legal review, and offboarding discussions.
